On August 2, GLTC held a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate the launch of its new FLEX Microtransit service.
Flex is an on-demand transportation service that provides customers with customized point-to-point trips within the designated service zone. Trips can be scheduled easily through the FLEX mobile app or by phone. The service costs the same as regular fixed-route service, making Flex both affordable and convenient.
