The Central Virginia Regional Housing Summit, the planning district’s first event to address housing needs for our workforce, employers, and economic vitality is happening on June 25, 2025.
Attendees will hear from industry experts, learn about regional housing and workforce trends, and gain information on housing development policy, programs, and funding to expand housing opportunity and affordability across Central Virginia.
The Housing Summit will bring together regional stakeholders to address Central Virginia’s growing need for attainable housing for new and existing residents at all income levels. The event will be valuable to the region’s housing developers and builders, realtors, local officials, lenders, non-profits and advocates as we explore actionable solutions to expand housing access that supports empty nesters, young adults, and growing families alike.
