The “Partnership for Healthy Communities”, a community health collaboration that includes Centra, Centra Foundation, Community Access Network, Central Virginia Piedmont Health District, the Bedford Community Health Foundation, Greater Lynchburg Community Trust, and United Way of Central Virginia is undertaking a community health analysis for our region.
Community input is needed for the Community Health Needs Assessment Survey – a survey to assess needs and establish action-oriented solutions to advance community health and health services.
If you are 18 years of age or older, please dedicate approximately 15 minutes of your time to participate in the confidential, important and community-guiding health survey.
