Gary is the Executive Director of the CVPDC and the Region 2000 Services Authority. He actively works with political leaders and their appointees in our area to improve regional cooperation.
Rosalie is responsible for the CVPDC’s overall accounting functions along with that of the Central Virginia Workforce Development Board and the Central Virginia Radio Communications Board.
Emmie is involved with the accounting functions for the Region 2000 Services Authority and Central Virginia Workforce Development Board along with various Human Resource duties.
Scott develops and manages transportation planning programs for the region, including the urban and rural long-range transportation plans, the Central Virginia MPO’s Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), and the Rural Transportation Planning Work Program. In addition, he provides staff support to the Transportation Technical Committee (TTC) and the Central Virginia Metropolitan Planning Organization (CVMPO) Policy Board. Scott also serves as the CVMPO representative to the Virginia Association of MPOs (VAMPO) and is the CVPDC/CVMPO ADA & Title VI Coordinator.
Philipp manages regional planning initiatives for the CVPDC and is involved in areas of transportation, GIS, and other planning related initiatives on both the regional and local levels.
Matt manages a variety of professional level projects and assignments to benefit the CVPDC and our member localities. He provides assistance in projects related to communications and public information, website design and maintenance, internet technology management, and transportation and community development initiatives. Additionally, Matt has been appointed by the Central Virginia Regional Communications Board to serve as Secretary providing administrative and clerical support including assistance in developing procurements for services and contract management.
Kelly works with localities to develop, apply and manage community and environmental planning and implementation projects. She specializes in working with federal and state agencies, grant writing, and coordinating the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). Additionally, Kelly serves as the RideSolutions Program Coordinator as well as playing a key role in alternative transportation plans and programs in the Region.
