Ada develops and manages transportation planning programs for the region, including the urban and rural long-range transportation plans, the Central Virginia TPO’s Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), and the Rural Transportation Planning Work Program. In addition, she provides staff support to the Transportation Technical Committee (TTC) and the Central Virginia Transportation Planning Organization (CVTPO) Policy Board. Ada also serves as the CVTPO representative to the Virginia Association of MPOs (VAMPO) and is the CVPDC/CVTPO ADA & Title VI Coordinator.
Matt manages a variety of professional level projects and assignments to benefit the CVPDC and our member localities. He provides assistance in projects related to communications and public information, website design and maintenance, internet technology management, and transportation and community development initiatives. Additionally, Matt has been appointed by the Central Virginia Regional Communications Board to serve as Secretary providing administrative and clerical support including assistance in developing procurements for services and contract management.
Kelly works with localities to develop, apply and manage community and environmental planning and implementation projects. She specializes in working with federal and state agencies, grant writing, and coordinating the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). Additionally, Kelly serves as the RideSolutions Program Coordinator as well as playing a key role in alternative transportation plans and programs in the Region.
