Alec is the Executive Director of the CVPDC and the Region 2000 Services Authority. He actively works with political leaders and their appointees in our area to improve regional cooperation.

Kelly works with localities to develop, apply and manage community and environmental planning and implementation projects. She specializes in working with federal and state agencies, grant writing and coordinating the region's Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. Additionally, Kelly serves as the Ride Solutions Program Coordinator, as well as playing a key role in alternative transportation plans and programs in the region.

Tonya is involved with the accounting functions for the Region 2000 Services Authority and Central Virginia Workforce Development Board along with various Human Resource duties.

Sandy handles the accounting functions for Region 2000 Services Authority and the Central Virginia Radio Communications Board along with payroll and employee benefits.

Kirsten manages the daily ongoings for the Central Virginia Planning District Commission.

Ada manages special projects including the development of comprehensive plans for member local governments.

Jefrado comes to the CVPDC with experience in Section 8 housing programs, emergency management, client program/funding qualification, family and community interaction/outreach, and housing construction/management experience from North Carolina and various localities throughout Virginia. Jefrado currently serves as the Project Manager for the Town of Bedford Hilltop Community Revitalization Project. 

Traci connects businesses with job seekers in the greater Lynchburg region and advances economic prosperity through workforce development solutions. The Virginia Career Works Central Region provides a variety of employment-related services for businesses and assists individuals with job placement, career development and access to training, under the direction of the Central Virginia Workforce Development Board.
