The Region 2000 Services Authority is soliciting sealed Bids for; Four (4) Aljon 525 Factory Certified Rebuilt Exchange Wheels (I-Beam Style) within the following specs:
- Wheels shall be minimum 48-inch width
- (32) NEW 8.5” Terra HDT Cleats (or equivalent) per wheel, with hard faced tips
- New 2-inch-thick outer wrappers on each wheel with hard-facing on the inner and outer wrapper edges
- Repair or replace inner hubs as required
- Sand blast and paint each wheel black
Please include freight. Core exchange wheels shall be picked up at the same time of delivery of the rebuilt wheels.
5 days’ notice shall be given before delivery in order to give owner time to remove old wheels and have them ready to ship.
Sealed BIDS will be received at the office of the Region 2000 Services Authority, located at 361 Livestock Road Rustburg VA. 24588 Attn: Larry Hall (434)455-6334, in writing, no later than 2;00 PM according to the official clock in the Region 2000 Services Authority Administrative Office, on September 7, 2022 and then opened at said office and read aloud. Bids received after such time shall be returned unopened.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the company’s name and the notation “Sealed bid for Factory Certified Rebuilt Compactor Wheels”
