Every year, in accordance with the Regional Cooperation Act (§ 15.2-4200, Code of Virginia) each of the 21 Planning District Commissions (PDC) are required to submit a report on the activities of the preceding fiscal year as outlined by the Act and submit the completed report to the Department of Housing and Community Development (DCHD).
Biennially, DCHD prepares a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on these activities along with highlights from each PDC.
